I had to completely revamp my diet and find all my food triggers. That was important. I take oral and nasal cromolyn, xopenexinhaler, patanol eye drops, hydroxyzine, zyzal, ranitidine. Had to make sure to get rid of dyes in my meds.
I have adrenal insufficiency so had to up my daily replavemy steroids short term. I’m keeping up with Vit C and taking elderberry. Also, mucinex and my Xopenexinhaler. Thank you. Also have Crohn’s Disease. Taking one day at a time here at home.
My o2 levels keep dipping down to about 95% but they come back up when I use neb cromolyn and my xopenexinhaler. taking lots of h1 and h2 blockers to treat mcas flare/symptoms which seems to help other symptoms too.
